Microsoft Excels Paste Special command is used often. I always wondered why Microsoft keeps the paste special way inside the menus.
Here is way to have a quick access to it.
you can add the command to the Quick Access toolbar. This procedure is tested and will work on Excel 2007.
- Click the Office button and then click Excel Options.
- At the left side of the dialog box click Customize.
- Use the Choose Commands From drop-down list to choose All Commands.
- In the list of commands, choose Paste Values.
- Click the Add button. The command is copied to the right side of the screen.
- Click OK.
When ever you want to paste just the values, you can click on the new toolbar button.
